Problems

1. Need accurate completion status for multiple projects located throughout the US.

2. Need site specific issues resolved that arise during the remodel process.

Solutions

1. Virtual Walkthroughs enabled the customer to see each store location’s status on a weekly basis. By sharing the Virtual Walkthroughs using a WebEx type conference call application all stakeholders could see inside each store remotely to gauge progress.

2. Virtual Walkthroughs enabled the GCs to visually communicate issues from the field to the customer to collectively resolve field issues without losing valuable schedule time.
